"top of the muffin to you!"
I made some muffin tops this week and now I'm probably going to be sporting a muffin top because they were ever so delicious. The top of the muffin is hands down my favorite part especially the ones that have sugar crystals on top. Oh the yumminess! These are also totally inspired by one of my favorite episodes of Seinfeld where Elaine gives Mr. Pittman the idea to open up the bakery Top of the Muffin to You. Even though I know that it's really better to just pop the top and dump the stumps! ha!

pop the top dump the stumps. hahaha that is the funniest thing i've ever heard. lol
and they look delicious.
LOVE Seinfeld! My hubby has the whole series on dvd so we watch it often. :) never gets old.
Yum! I made muffins this moring and the tops had a delicious cinammon streusel on top...I may have been guilty of dumping a few stumps myself!
