a pug and his picture

I hope y'all had a wonderful Christmas!  How quickly it comes and goes!!  I'm waiting one more week before I take down the decorations so I can keep enjoying them...also I'm spent!!

Everyone cracked me up with your comments on pug's Christmas picture.  I promise it was pure luck with a tripod and my camera timer.  When I went to edit them and saw this I didn't know if I should laugh or cry because that picture really captures his onry-ness!  I thought I'd share a little background on the picture with y'all.

I should sadly say too that this was not the card we sent out this year (maybe next year though :-)).  The day before Christmas Eve I was running around getting ready for us to go out of town and remembered I'd really wanted a fun picture with pug for the blog.  I'd envisioned pug sweetly sitting next to my feet ha!  So, I tossed on a pair a boots (with no make-up on I might add), grabbed my tripod, camera, pug and a baggie full of HoneyCombs and headed to the backyard.

It was freezing, pug was so not helpful (he usually is a ham for a camera), the HoneyCombs were not working and just out of shear luck the camera timer went off while pug was proving his defiance towards this picture.  The funny thing is he wasn't even TT'ing he just runs around the backyard lifting his leg pretending.  I'm sure the neighbors are convinced I've lost it at the amount of times I screamed "sit here" or "do you want a treat?"

Oh the fun with pugs!

Amazing photos, Meg! His face on the first one is priceless. I love the composition of these. They are definitely frameable! I'm sure pug would like a copy on his nightstand. ;)

These are freaking awesome pictures. I love the composition!

And pug is just too dang cute. Pretty please send it as your Christmas card next year. People will fall over laughing when they open the mailbox.

Oh my gosh, how hillarious! And what is it with Pugs and the fake pee? Makes no sense to me but I think all Pugs do it! Great pictures and cute boots! :)

my pug pretends a lot too. I think he just wants to feel manly.
