It has been raining non-stop for almost a week now. And it's not just sprinkles here and there it's more like buckets falling from the sky kind of rain.
I'm considering trading in my SUV for a duck boat.
I mentioned a duck boat a few months ago to boy who exclaimed,
"What's a duck boat?"
"What's a duck boat?!?! Are you serious?
And then I gave a full on description of the wonder of a duck boat and it's magical ability to go from highway to water in a matter of moments. Following with my theory that no corny family vacation is complete NO MATTER where you are (Oregon, Arkansas, Desert region) unless you have ridden a duck boat and have a group photo with at least 3 people sporting fanny packs in it as proof of your adventure.
I think his interest is peaked.
And look an assortment of super awesome duck boat tours
We've got San Francisco, San Juan, or how about one in Wisconsin.
Friends you can never underestimate the amount of family fun a duck boat offer.
I'm feeling bad because the point of this blog post wasn't even the duck boat, but this is what happens when you blog at 2 am. So thank you friends for taking your precious time out of your day and humoring me.

I'm dying to go on a duck boat tour. They are famous in Boston but they have them here in NY too.
Good luck convincing boy to get one!
LOL! I've seen them in Boston but had no idea it was such a craze ;)
The Memphis one is pretty good!
I took my first duck tour in Halifax N.S. with my then 5 year old son. You should have seen his face when we were entering the water, not sure he thought it was such a good idea.
We had a blast and I would love to do it again for sure.
Cheers
LOL. Awesome. They have them in San Diego, but I've never been. I always make fun of them... but I've also always wondered what it feels like to go from street to water in twenty seconds flat
